Foolish Lion and Cleaver Rabbit: Once upon a time, there was a forest which was very deep and evergreen, too. Thus, a lot of animals were living there.

They lived in that forest peacefully, but suddenly a lion came into their forest who was very strong, He always feels hungry. So, he likes to kill the innocent animals of the forest randomly. Thus, all the organisms of the forest become very scared due to the unnecessary torture of the lion.

The lion is carnivorous. So, it is quite normal that it will kill other organisms and consume them as food, but he started to kill the organism in an excess amount which is not required for him. So many animals were killed by the lion even when he is not hungry.

Then the other animals of the forest become very scared and thought that if the torture continued for a long time then nobody will live in this forest, everybody will die due to the torture of the tyrant lion.

There were other lions also in that forest, but they are not as strong as this new one. So, they also become feared, as all animals were consumed by the new lion. So, the other lions could not find their proper amount of food in that forest. Thus, they become weak too.

Then all the animals of the forest decided to attend a meeting to make a solution to overcome that situation and save the life of all organisms. In the meeting, there were present all the organisms like the deer, the rabbit, the red, the bear, the tiger, the fox, the wild buffalo, etc.

They all together come into a place in the forest and after a long discussion with each other, they all meet into one plan. They decided that one animal will go to the den of the Lion every day as food for him, as the lion Could not kill an excess amount of animals in one day.

So, on the very next day, all organisms went together to the den of the Lion, and they prayed and humbly requested to him, That instead of killing animals in excess amount in every day. They will come into his den daily, one by one.

They also try to understand that if he kills the animals in excess amount, then no animal will live longer for his food. So, it will be better to accept their proposal that they will come into his den as food every day, and he will also be free from the struggle for hunting.

He will get his food so easily without hunting. It will be easy for them to survive and also for other animals too. The lion listen to their conversation very carefully and agreed with their proposal.

From the next day to onwards, one animal goes to the den of the Lion as his food.

One day that time come when it was the turn of a rabbit. The rabbit was naturally very small. But he was very clever. So, he thought in his mind that he should make a plan as he will not be eaten by the lion, and he will save other animals also from his torture.

So, he thought that the only way is to kill the Lion forever, but he can’t kill the lion physically. So he makes a plan with his intelligence, So he can kill the Lion easily.

According to his plan, when the day comes on which day he will be the food of the lion. He arrived in the den of the lion very late. The rabbit took a rest in the middle of the path, and even he slept on his way.

Thus, it’s become late and the time of sunset is present and the lunchtime of the lion is already crossed. After that, when the rabbit arrived at the den of the lion, then he noticed that the Lion became very angry and started roaring.

The Lion becomes angry and told the rabbit why he came late and how he arrived alone as he is very small. So, he was not sufficient to make the Lion full. Thus, the Lion become very angry and started roaring again and again.

The rabbit pretends that he is very sorry and told the Lion humbly that it is not his fault as he started his journey with five other rabbits. But on the way when they are coming into his den.

They meet another lion who was very strong and when he heard that they were going for the launch of the lion. He became angry and told that he will kill them. The rabbit again started to tell him that the new lion also threatened him.

As I told him to leave the Jungle forever as soon as possible. The new lion wanted to become the king of this forest. After listening to his words, the Lion becomes furious and Angry too.

The lion asked the rabbits to take him into the den of the new lion. He must have settled down the matter.

So, the rabbit came near a well and the lion also followed him. The rabbit told the lion that the new lion lived here, and he can see the new learn inside the hole. When the Lion bent into the hole which was a well, he saw that another lion was present there, but it was his reflection which he saw in the clear water, as the lion was very full.

So, he could not understand that it was not the other lion, it is his reflection, so he thought his reflection another lion he becomes very angry and started roaring. When he started roaring, then the sound of his roaring came out from the well, and he thought that the other lion is also roaring.

He did not understand that it was the effect of the echo. So he becomes very scared and became angry. So he wanted to kill the new lion, so he jumped into the well, and he drowned in the water of the well.

Then the rabbit started smiling to see the situation of the lion and said to him, “Now you will die.” Then he started running to give the good news to other animals in the forest.
