The Blue Jackal: Once upon a time, there was a forest where lived a jackal. The jackal thought himself very clever. One day he feel hungry so he was searching for food in the villages which were situated surrounding the forest.

When he was looking for food, a pack of dogs started barking suddenly.  To see a group of barking dogs the jackal became scared. Thus the jackal started running to protect himself from the dogs.

When the dogs observed that the jackal was running away then they thought something is wrong with him. So they also started chasing the jackal. When the jackal was running getting scared then he suddenly reached into the house of a washerman.

As it was the house of a washerman so there were several tubs of different sizes. The jackal tried hard to hide himself from the pack of barking dogs hence he lurk into a tub. The tub was filled with blue dye. The dogs also tried to find the jackal but they didn’t find the jackal and left the place at that time.

When the jackal noticed that there are no dogs then he feel free from the sacred and came out of the tub but he noticed other animals became scared to see the jackal. The jackal could not understand why the other animals did this strange behavior.

There was a pond in the forest. The jackal went near the pond to quench his thirst. When the jackal see him in the crystal clear water of the pond he noticed his body color turned blue even the jackal could not himself.

Then the jackal understood why the other organisms ran away from him. The other animal recognized him as a new species.

Then the jackal made a plan in his mind. The jackal thought he should utilize this feature and if he can this advantage properly then he will get favor from other organisms. Then a deer was passing beside the jackal and again he became frightened to see him and started to run away.

Then the jackal told him not to worry about him, he is the new creature and God created him to reign all organisms of this forest. The jackal again said, “All animals will live their life happily in my reign. Don’t worry.”

Hearing the jackal’s strange declaration, she got scared and ran away. And he quickly goes back to the other animal and shares all the information with the other animals.They also became worried to listen to the news.

They could not understand what they should do. Then they make a decision together that they will inform the lion as the lion was the present king of the forest.

According to their plan, they all went to the den of the lion and inform him of the latest news. The lion was also shocked to know the news but when he listen that God created him to reign in their kingdom then he also obeyed the decision of the new creature and announced that the new creature was the new king of the forest from that time.

Every of that forest accepted the advice of the lion. Thus that blue jackal became their new king. The jackal was very clever.

He knew that if he want to survive as a king in that village then he have to extol the lion and hence he announced the lion as the minister of this forest. Thus the lion became happy too.

The time flows on and the jackal leads a luxurious life in the forest. He ordered all organisms that they had to share their one-third portion of the food that they will hunt. The other organisms also obeyed his order and share their hunting food with their new king.

Thus the jackal got different types of delicious food without hunting but one day a dark day came out in the life of the jackal.

That day the blue jackal was taking a rest under a tree suddenly he heard the scream of the fox. To listen to the ever-known sound the jackal could not control his instinctive behavior. Thus he raised his head and started screaming at a high volume.

As soon as the other animals heard the sound they easily realized that this was none other than the jackal. When all the animals realized that they became fooled by the clever jackal then they became frantic and started to hit that jackal. At last, the jackal was killed by them.
